1. Data We Collect
We collect the account details you provide (name, email, passwords), linked social-channel identifiers, access tokens for APIs such as YouTube/Instagram, and basic device analytics (IP, browser, page views). Comments you moderate and channel settings are also stored so that you can manage your content.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data allows us to authenticate you, connect to your social accounts for authorized publishing, generate short-form content, monitor analytics, and send essential service updates. We never post on your behalf without your explicit action.
3. Who We Share Data With
We share the minimum required information with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google/YouTube solely to complete the requested integrations. Our hosting provider (AWS) and log/analytics vendors process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality terms.
4. Retention
Access tokens are stored securely while your account remains active or until you revoke a connection. If you disconnect a channel or request deletion, associated tokens and data are purged within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.
5. Your Rights & Contact
You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your data at any time. Email support@mintiproduct.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You may also revoke OAuth permissions directly from the relevant platform dashboards.
